Our Team

Antonius Lim

Graduate of Fachhochschule Frankfurt/M, Germany majoring in Economics and IT. Antonius worked for 10 years until 2009 for Roedl & Partner a German-based auditor, tax and management consulting and law firm prior to running his own consultancy firm.

Previously during 1996-1999 Antonius served as senior adviser in finance and IT of Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), a government joint project between the German and Indonesian governments to assist Indonesia regional bank in 27 provinces.

Antonius has extensive experience in servicing various multi national German companies in finance, accounting and tax matters and obtained experience in preparing IFRS group reporting requirements as well as HGB (German Commercial code) reporting package.

Aries Tantra

Graduate of Catholic University of Atmajaya majoring in Accountancy.

Aries worked for 3 years as an auditor in a big four public accounting firm before joined a local conglomerate for 17 years through December 2008.

In his previous employment, Aries was a task force member for translating foreign subsidiaries’ financial statements of the aforementioned conglomerate to Rupiah financial statements.

Aries also has extensive experience with IFRS group reporting requirements.

Gatot Harianto

Graduate of university of government of Indonesia for accounting (STAN), majoring in Accountancy and Tax.

Gatot worked 3 years as an auditor for Roedl & Partner a German-based auditor, tax and management consulting and law firm before joined a Korean conglomerate for 7 years.

In his previous employment, Gatot has had 10 years experience of tax includes providing a broad range of tax advisory services in structuring, merger and acquisitions, tax dispute resolution works, tax due diligence and cross-border business transaction.

Gatot also has extensive experience with IFRS group reporting requirements.

Agustinus Dawarja

Graduated from the faculty of law of the Gajah Mada University-Yogyakarta; Registered Legal Consultant, Indonesian Capital Markets Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) since 1997, Member of Capital Market Legal Consultant (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal).

Areas of Specialization: Restructuring (Loans and Corporate), General Corporate, Capital Market, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Intellectual Property and Antitrust Law, Consumer Product Liability and Advertising Law, Labor (Employment) Law; Real Estate Law; Telecommunication; IT; Mining, Aviations Law.
